For forensics engagements, we collect device data and case materials as instructed by the engaging client, handled under a separate NDA and NDPR-compliant chain-of-custody procedures.
We use collected data to respond to your enquiry, deliver contracted services, send project updates, and — only with your explicit consent — send newsletters or service announcements. We do not use your data for advertising or third-party targeting.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except: (a) service providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements, (b) where required by Nigerian law or a valid court order, or (c) where you have explicitly instructed us to share it.
Data is stored on access-controlled systems with encryption at rest. Forensics evidence is stored on air-gapped or encrypted devices. Access is restricted to the specific team members working on your engagement.
