By engaging Johadtech for any service — through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services provided by Johadtech Technology Solutions, registered and operating in Abia State, Nigeria.
Johadtech provides software engineering, digital forensics, SEO, brand design, and video production services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in the written project brief or proposal provided before work commences. Verbal scope expansions not confirmed in writing will not be honoured without a revised proposal.
Standard payment: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For projects under ₦100,000, full payment upfront may apply. For forensics engagements, full payment is due before analysis commences. Work will not begin until payment is confirmed.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom-developed work product transfers to the client. Third-party libraries and open-source frameworks remain subject to their respective licences. Johadtech retains the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to commencement.
All client information and business data are treated as strictly confidential. Johadtech will not disclose any client information to third parties without written consent, except where required by Nigerian law or a valid court order.
Johadtech's liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-revenue damages. Forensics outcomes cannot be guaranteed — we guarantee the quality and integrity of our investigative process, not the results of legal proceedings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Abia State, Nigeria.
